This policy explains how Honeyy Natturall Carre Private Limited ("HNC", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use honeynaturalcare.in, send us an enquiry, buy our products or apply to become a dealer. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
1. What we collect
- Details you send through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, mobile number, village or town and district, whether you are a farmer, dealer or bulk buyer, and your message.
- Order details: delivery address, products, quantities, invoice and payment status. Bank, UPI and card details are handled by banks and payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Dealer details: shop or business name, area, GSTIN and other registrations, and the bank details needed for business payments.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, used to keep the website secure and to stop spam.
2. How we use it
- To call you back and answer your enquiry, including which product suits your animal and its price.
- To process and deliver orders, raise GST invoices and handle replacements and refunds.
- To appoint and work with dealers in your area, and to tell farmers where their nearest dealer is.
- To meet legal duties such as tax records and lawful requests from authorities.
- To protect the website from fraud, spam and misuse.
We send offers or product updates only with your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is needed with:
- our dealer nearest to you, when you ask where to buy (your name, number and village);
- courier and transport partners, to deliver your order;
- banks and payment partners, to collect and make payments;
- our hosting, email and IT providers, who process data on our behalf;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 3 years, and invoice and tax records for as long as tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
5. How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS, data is stored on secured servers, and only authorised staff can see enquiries and orders. No storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Your rights

7. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
8. Children
